Acts 1:5 “For John baptised with water, but you will be baptised with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”

Acts 2:1-4 "When the day of Pentecost arrived, they were all together in one place. Acts 2:37-38 "Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart... And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptised every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."

Acts 2:42 "They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer."

Acts 3:16 "...and the faith that is through Jesus has given the man this perfect health in the presence of you all."

Acts 5:41 "Then they left the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer dishonor for the name."

Acts 6vs7 And the word of God continued to increase, and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests became obedient to the faith.

Acts 11:19 "Now those who were scattered because of the persecution that arose over Stephen traveled as far as Phoenicia and Cyprus and Antioch, speaking the word to no one except Jews."
